I reflect on your third point

Though I dissert throughout much of the day,
And distant seem, according to my haste,
I’d never count your faithfulness as waste
Nor desert my heartfelt love to stray.
Regardless of where my emotions lay
(Anger and love are often interlaced)
Your devotedness is not misplaced
Due to this truth, too obvious to say:
Our union is more than mere passing jest,
It lives in heights above all human law
Or mere exultant passionate embrace;
No, our vows reside upon the best–
Refined, they prove as gold, not vulgar straw–
Bound as we are by velvet cords of grace.
